5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
Sunillogistics is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond control.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in handling goods; however, we are not responsible for:
Damage due to improper packing
Natural disasters or accidents
Delays beyond our control
Liability, if applicable, is limited to the agreed service charges.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the transport process has started.
Cancellation before dispatch may be subject to charges.
8. Proof of Delivery
Delivery will be considered complete once goods are handed over at the destination.
